Crystal By Chris ship orders using Royal Mail & Hermes. Shipping costs are based on a combination of destination, order size/weight and value. We do not profit on postage costs and any over charged postage resulting from multi-item orders is refunded to the customer.
Returns
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please e mail me as soon as you receive the item and we can sort any problem you may have. If an item is returned with in 7 days of receiving item a refund of the purchase price will be made by Paypal.
